Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@aureliumwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed in 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
We offer complimentary exchanges on all sizes. Contact our team and we will ship your replacement before receiving your return.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately — at no cost to you.
Exceptions
Final-sale items, custom orders, and intimates are non-returnable.
